I HAVE CERTAIN DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I CAN EAT?

My Shanghai caters for all dietary requirements: all 14 of the main allergens are clearly listed in the food label, which is situated on the buffet carts. If you have any dietary requirements, including allergies or intolerances, please speak to a Team Member who will be happy to assist.

What kind of food do you serve?

Chinese/Oriental Buffet & Sunday Carvery. Example dishes can be found in our menu.

do you accept credit cards?

My Shanghai accepts all major debit and credit cards such as Visa & Mastercard. My Shanghai does not accept American Express.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes. Please ask a Team Member for assistance.

Do you have disabled toilets & baby changing facilities

Do you do anything special for birthdays or other occasions?

My Shanghai currently does not do any special for birthdays or other occasions however, you can eat free on your birthday with a valid form of photographic ID, and with a party of 6 or more. You can bring in own cake for birthdays and we will happily bring out to your table

Do we have separate area for children with disability such as autism??

We understand that sometimes bad experiences may happen, and we're always very sorry to see that our customers may not have enjoyed their experience with our services as much as we'd hope.
